AURYN Mining Chile SpA, a wholly owned subsidiary of AURYN Holdings Corporation, is pleased to make the following announcement regarding the acquisition of additional Medinah Minerals Inc. (OTCMKTS:MDMN) stock.
The Board of Directors of AURYN Holdings Corporation and associates currently holds 150 million common shares of Medinah Minerals Inc.
A proposal from AURYN Holdings Corporation to acquire an additional package of 350 million shares of MDMN common stock already issued has been submitted to the present owners.
The offer is an all cash private transaction and the shares are in certificate form.
